KYIV, June 27 – The Consumer Confidence Index of Ukrainians in May decreased by 5 points and amounted to 72.6 points (on a scale from zero to 200), while the indices of current personal financial standing and economic expectations over the next year decreased significantly, the study of the Info Sapiens agency shows.
"The current situation of the Ukrainian population has not changed significantly; after 2022, the indicator has shown some stabilization. However, in May 2024, there has been a notable decline in consumer confidence and economic expectations. Since 2023, these indicators have generally trended downward," the agency's analytics said, commenting on the results.
