KYIV, June 24 – The average prices in the primary real estate market of Kyiv in June 2024 amount to $1,917 per square meter, which is 1% lower than a year ago and 2.5% lower than pre-war levels, the press service of the investment and development company City One Development told Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the report, the average price in Kyiv in the primary market in dollar terms decreased by 1% in the first half of 2024 and amounted to $1,917 per square meter, while the price in hryvnia increased by 9% to UAH 77,600 per square meter.
