KYIV, June 20 – Ukraine's gross domestic product (GDP) growth in May 2024 compared to May last year was about 3.7%, which is lower than the April and March figures of 4.3% and 4.6%, respectively, according to preliminary estimates released by First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko.
"Ukraine's GDP grew by 3.7% in May 2024, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges. Overall, the Ukrainian economy grew by 4.3% in the first five months of the year," she wrote on the social network X.
