KIEV, Jan. 17 ??“ Adam Martyniuk, Parliament??™s deputy speaker and a member of the pro-government coalition, admitted Wednesday some clauses of the recently approved law reducing powers of President Viktor Yushchenko may be rejected by the Constitutional Court.
Martyniuk is the second prominent lawmaker that had voted for the law now admitting that some of its clauses do not comply with the constitution. Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, whose group also backed the law, admitted the same.
