KYIV, June 6 – Ukrnafta and JSC Ukrhydroenergo have announced that the EUR 300 million allocated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to support Ukraine's energy sector will be used for their projects to restore generating capacities.
As noted in Ukrnafta's press release on Wednesday evening, the company, with the support of the EBRD, will begin construction of flexible electricity generation capacities, which will support Ukraine's energy system in the medium term, affected by attacks from Russian terrorists.
