KYIV, June 4 – The Velta group of companies with assets for the extraction of titanium-containing ores in Novomyrhorod (Kirovohrad region) produced 25,409 tonnes of ilmenite based on the results of work in January-March 2024, its CEO and co-owner Andriy Brodsky reported on Facebook.

"I can't say that this is the best indicator, but let's look at the reporting for the first quarter of 2024 of the largest titanium company in Ukraine - UMCC (PrJSC United Mining and Chemical Company), which manages the Vilnohirsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region) and Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant (Zhytomyr region)," he noted, commenting on the results.
