KYIV, May 27 – Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen, together with colleagues from Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Poland, sent an appeal to the EU with a proposal to expand cooperation with the defense industry of Ukraine, the department's website reported on May 26.
The letter, which sets out four specific areas of cooperation with the Ukrainian military-industrial complex, was sent to the European Commission, the European External Action Service, the European Defense Agency and the defense departments of other European countries ahead of the meeting of EU defense ministers.
