LUXEMBOURG, May 27 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is working with Ukrainian partners to find the best way for Ukraine to survive next winter, focusing on increasing grid flexibility and restoring heating where its capacity has been destroyed by Russian strikes, associate director, Senior Banker from the EBRD Energy Team in Ukraine Olha Yeriomina said.
"We need to build a flexible energy recovery together with the provision of heating services to the population, and we are now looking for a solution to this problem," she said at the second Luxembourg-Ukraine Business Forum Rapid Recovery of Ukraine organized by LUCC in Luxembourg this week.
