KYIV, May 24 – As of May 1, 2024, Ukraine received only 18% of the $3.1 billion requested under the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has said.

"Only 18 per cent of the $3.1 billion requested under the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan was received in the first four months of 2024. Some critical sectors are significantly underfunded," it said in a statement on Friday.
