KYIV, May 22 – The Velta group of companies with assets for the extraction of titanium-containing ores in Novomyrhorod (Kirovohrad region) is currently experiencing an acute shortage of personnel, which reduces its efficiency and the supply of products abroad.
As Velta CEO and co-owner Andriy Brodsky reported on Facebook on Wednesday, today the mining and processing plant for the extraction and enrichment of titanium raw materials lacks 28% of personnel. The increase in working pensioners since the beginning of the war was 30%, the increase in working women, given that the company already had very positive gender statistics, was 11%, and mobilized – 15%.
