KYIV, May 21 – Ukrainian power engineers are focusing on the possibility of using equipment from old, in particular, decommissioned power plants in partner countries, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine said with reference to the head of the department, Herman Haluschenko, on Tuesday.
"This week, our team is working in Germany and exploring which stations and what equipment can be used. This is the path that allows us to quickly recover. After all, the situation in the energy system is critically complex, so it is very important to make quick decisions," the Ukrainian minister said in during a meeting with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock during her visit to Ukraine.
