KYIV, May 20 – The OKKO Group, which began developing its agricultural direction seven years ago, is currently considering entering crop production, its press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The intention to acquire a share in the charter capital of agricultural companies is a logical continuation of the group's development strategy and investments," OKKO said, commenting on the Antimonopoly Committee's recent approval to purchase shares in Gadz-Agro LLC with a land bank of 25,000 hectares and Ukrpolfrukt LLC (both located in Trybukhivtsi, Buchach district, Ternopil region), whose majority owner is businessman Petro Gadz.
