KYIV, May 17 – The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 1.5 billion for the restoration of the Zmiyivska Thermal Power Plant (TPP) in Kharkiv region and the Trypilska Thermal Power Plant in Kyiv region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

"Today we are allocating UAH 726 million for the state company Centrenergo, which owns the Zmiyivska Thermal Power Plant in Kharkiv region and the Trypilska Thermal Power Plant in Kyiv region. Funds for the restoration of these thermal power plants will be allocated from the state budget reserve fund," he said at a government meeting on Friday.
