KYIV, May 10 – Foreign currency restrictions are holding back the construction of new enterprises and significant reconstruction of existing plants, head of the project office of the general director of the Metinvest group, Oleksandr Vodoviz, said during the conference Restoration of Ukraine, organized by Economic Pravda.

According to him, in the recovery process it is important to determine priorities and overcome the main factors blocking the involvement of business in the process of recovery of Ukraine.
