KYIV, May 9 – KfW, a German state-owned promotional bank, and NPC Ukrenergo have signed a grant agreement for EUR 45 million to restore the Ukrainian energy system after attacks by Russian aggressor.
The signing procedure, which took place in Kyiv on Thursday, was attended by KfW Director Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia Veronica Garcia del Arco, KfW Office Director for Ukraine and Moldova, Lorenz Gessner, Energy Minister of Ukraine Herman Haluschenko, and Ukrenergo Board Chairman Volodymyr Kudrytsky, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
