KYIV, May 9 – Ukraine will enter the next heating season with natural gas stocks of no less than 13 billion cubic meters in its underground storage facilities (UGS), said the head of Naftogaz group, Oleksiy Chernyshov, at the Business Breakfast "Forbes Ukraine" on Wednesday.
According to him, as of the beginning of May, there are over 8 billion cubic meters in the UGS facilities.
The head of Naftogaz reminded that the group's enterprises (Ukrgazvydobuvannia and Ukrnafta) plan to produce around 15 billion cubic meters of gas in 2024 – 13.8 billion cubic meters and 1.1 billion cubic meters respectively.
