KYIV, Feb 26 – In 2024, Ukraine expects to receive EUR 16 billion ($17.34 billion at the current rate) of budget support from the European Union within the framework of the Ukraine Facility, with the total planned volume of external financing included in the state budget being $37 billion, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said.

"This year we plan to receive EUR 16 billion (to finance the state budget deficit), and in addition, EUR 2 billion is envisaged – these are investment funds allocated for capital investments," he said during a national telethon on Saturday.
