KYIV, Feb 7 – Parliament has adopted at the first reading government bill No. 10449 on amendments to some laws on certain issues of military service, mobilization and military registration.

Some 243 MPs gave their affirmative votes at the plenary session on Wednesday, according to Oleksiy Honcharenko, a member of the European Solidarity faction.
