KIEV, Dec. 26 ??“ The government on reported a big budget surplus in November after the receiving proceeds from Ukraine??™s placement of Eurobonds and other borrowing, the Economy Ministry reported.

The government reported a surplus of UAH 3.36 billion in November, reversing a deficit of UAH 1.3 billion in October, the ministry said adding that for the first time this year Ukraine has reported a cumulative budget surplus this year.
