DAVOS, Jan 18 – Naftogaz Group, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), will continue to implement projects in the field of alternative energy, in particular, it plans to begin construction of two wind farms next year, Naftogaz head Oleksiy Chernyshov said.
“Despite the increase in gas and oil production, Naftogaz has a priority in terms of increasing the implementation of alternative energy projects. You know that we have implemented projects in solar energy, we will not stop. In addition, this year we plan to launch two wind projects energy,” Chernyshov told Interfax-Ukraine on the sidelines of the Ukrainian Breakfast in Davos, organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
