KYIV, Jan 2 – Ukrainian state budget revenue in 2023 rose by 12% or UAH 172 billion compared to 2022, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said on Facebook on Sunday, December 31.
"Borrowings in the domestic market have doubled compared to 2022. We raised $15.5 billion," he added.
According to Marchenko, based on the results of more than 300 working meetings with international partners, $42.5 billion was raised for the budgetary needs of Ukraine, 25% of which was grant support, and the volume of portfolios of credit projects between Ukraine and international financial institutions in 2023 became the largest in all years of cooperation.
