KIEV, Dec. 26 ??“ The State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine (SCSSM) has registered the second issue of certificates worth $100 million by Parex Asset Management Ukraine (PAM Ukraine) - Parex Ukrainian Real Estate Fund, the assets management company and the manager of pension funds, the fund told Interfax-Ukraine.

The volume of the second issue was planned at UAH 25 million, although from the start of the subscription, the certificates were in great demand from foreign investors, and the company decided to increase the volume of issued certificates from UAH 25 million to UAH 500 million, and to prolong the subscription by December 31, 2008.
