KYIV, Jan 2 – On December 29, 2023, the Turkish company Turkcell signed an agreement on the transfer of 100% of the shares, as well as all rights and debts of Lifecell LLC (the Lifecell trademark), the third largest Ukrainian mobile operator, as well as a contact center outsourcing company Global Bilgi LLC and tower rental service provider Ukrtower LLC to the French investment company NJJ Capital.

“Information about developments will be fully and timely brought to the attention of the public... The transaction is planned to be completed after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals,” reads the information on the Turkcell website.
