KYIV, Dec 26 – The Cabinet of Ministers has proposed that the Verkhovna Rada toughens responsibility for military offenses, in particular for violation of the rules of military registration and legislation on defense, conscription and military service, mobilization training and mobilization.

Bill No. 10379 was registered in parliament on December 25.

The government proposes that a number of changes are made to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
