KYIV, Dec 22 - Since the beginning of the full-scale war, road transport in Ukraine has reached parity in terms of fuel transportation volumes with rail transport, while the fleet of fuel tankers in the country has increased fourfold - to 6,000 units.

“The fleet of fuel trucks has increased fourfold - from 1,500 to 6,000. I think that we now have one of the most powerful fleets of fuel tankers in Europe. Road transport has become a very powerful force, a very powerful supply channel,” said director of A-95 Consulting Group Serhiy Kuyun during the presentation of the results of work of the fuel market in 2023 at the Ukraine Media Center - Ukrinform on December 21.
