KYIV, Dec 13 – Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal once again called on Ukrainians to save electricity during peak hours due to shortages in the energy system.

"Due to cold weather and increased electricity consumption, there is a capacity shortage in the Ukrainian energy system. I heard information about the steps taken to stabilize the situation at a meeting of the energy crisis response team," Shmyhal wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.
