KYIV, Nov 30 – The Ukrainian GTS Operator proposed creating guaranteed capacity along the entire Trans-Balkan route to operate the gas pipeline in reverse mode, the company's press service reported.

Dmytro Lyppa, General Director of the GTS Operator of Ukraine, presented a respective project during a high-level meeting with the general directors of Bulgarian, Greek, Slovakian, Romanian and Hungarian GTS operators that was held in Sofia (Bulgaria).
