KIEV, Dec. 22 - Ferrexpo A.G. of Switzerland, the key stockholder in Poltava Ore Mining and Processing Mill, jointly with GPR Dehler of Australia is to start a large-scale program to improve business at the mill.

GPR Dehler, a business consultant of the Poltava ore processor, will sign a contract for a year and it may be prolonged, according to a Ferrexpo press release.
