KIEV, Dec. 22 ??“ Volia Cable, Kiev??™s largest cable television company, plans in 2007 to increase its investment in the development of its network to $28.5 million, up from $20 million in 2006, Volia Cable President Serhiy Boiko said.

"Investments are to be allocated for the building of fiber-optic networks in Lviv and Alchevsk in Luhansk region, and to increase the quality of the service in Kiev," Boiko said.
