KIEV, Dec. 21 ??“ Getin Holding S.A. of Poland is purchasing an 81.88% stake in Prykarpattia bank, Getin Holding has announced in a posting on its Web site.

"Getin Holding S.A. reports that on December 14, 2006, the conditions for purchasing 18,015,349 shares in Prykarpattia bank were agreed. This equals to an 81.88% share of the bank's statutory capital," the report reads.
