BRUSSELS, Nov 22 – Possible security guarantees for Ukraine that the European Union can provide to Kyiv will be the subject of discussion with the Ukrainian side in December during the visit of the EU mission, a senior European official said Wednesday.

"The proposals of EU member states will be the subject of discussion in December during the EU mission to Ukraine, which the High Representative (Josep Borrell) spoke about after the Council meeting," the official told Interfax-Ukraine.
