KYIV, Nov 20 – Ukrainian energy and power generating facilities, in preparation for the heating season and predicted missile and drone attacks by Russia, received three levels of physical protection.

"The first level is protection from blast waves or indirect attacks by Shahed (gabions, sandbags). Some 90 facilities in 21 regions are protected in this way," Speaker of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army – South, head of the Public Council within Odesa Regional Military Administration Serhiy Bratchuk said in a Telegram channel on Monday.
