KIEV, Dec. 21 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko signaled Thursday he will probably veto the government??™s 2007 budget for second time as the Cabinet has failed to meet the president??™s key demand to boost minimum pension.

The veto from Yushchenko is likely to trigger a major financial crunch for the government as soon as next month and may provoke a sharp political confrontation in Ukraine.
