KYIV, Nov 15 – The share of enterprises operating at almost full (75% or more) and full capacity increased after three months of decline - from 55% in September to 59% in October, however, the business activity recovery index decreased for the second month in a row, these are the main results of the 18th monthly survey of the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting.

According to it, business optimism in the three- and six-month perspective is quite high, but in recent months it has stopped growing: 40.5% of respondents plan to increase production in the next 3-4 months (41.7% in September), 5.3% to reduce (2.9% in September).
