KIEV, Dec. 20 - Erste Bank Austria has reached agreement with the shareholders of Kiev-based Bank Prestige to acquire 100% of the bank for $104 million, Erste Bank said in a press release.

"Erste Bank has agreed with the shareholders of Bank Prestige to acquire the full 100% stake of the Bank (instead of 50.5% as announced in July 2006) for a total compensation of $104.0 million," the release says.
