KIEV, Dec. 20 ??“ Yuriy Lutsenko, a popular opposition leader, said Wednesday he will organize massive opposition protests within in the spring to force dismissal of the government of Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych.

Lutsenko, a former internal affairs minister loyal to President Viktor Yushchenko, said he will set up opposition movement to be known as the People??™s Self-defense to challenge the government.
