BUKOVEL, Oct 20 – Prices for business and premium real estate in Bukovel have increased from $1,500-3,000/sq m since the beginning of the full-scale invasion to $2,500-5,500/sq m, or an average of 75%, says Ribas Invest investment expert Yulia Bodnar.

“Today we have a starting price of $2,500 (per sq m), there are projects that start sales from $5,500. The rise in prices, of course, was influenced by the increase in the cost of construction materials, tariffs for logistics within the country,” Bodnar said in a comment to the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
