KYIV, Oct 18 – Ukrainian businesses expect growth in business activity in the next 12 months for the second quarter in a row, the business activity expectations index in the third quarter remained at the level of April-June – 104.5%, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reported.
“Against the backdrop of the stable functioning of the energy system, respondents continued to predict an increase in the production of goods and services, and were also positive about the development of their own enterprises. At the same time, inflation and exchange rate expectations continued to improve,” the NBU said in a press release.
