KYIV, Oct 17 – More than 13,000 building out of 28,000 that were destroyed by the Russian invasion in Kyiv region, have been restored, said head of the regional military administration Ruslan Kravchenko.

“We are talking about the restoration of high-rise buildings, private houses, medical institutions, schools, kindergartens and the like,” the press service reports.
