KYIV, Oct 5 – The amount of direct documented damage caused to the infrastructure of Ukraine as of September 1, 2023 reached $151.2 billion, which is $700 million more than in June, the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) reported.
According to the report, in the total volume of direct damage, the largest share belongs to losses of the housing stock - $55.9 billion. As a result of hostilities, 167,200 housing facilities were destroyed or damaged, of which 147,800 were private houses, 19,100 - multi-apartment buildings, and 350 - dormitories.
