KIEV, Dec. 18 ??“ Ukraine's Agriculture Ministry has decreased its estimate of possible grain exports from Ukraine from 9.5 million tons to 8 million tons in 2006 through 2007 marketing year.

"We have reviewed possible grain exports [down to] 8 million tons," Deputy Agriculture Minister Yuriy Luzan said at a briefing in Kiev on Monday.
