KYIV, Sept 25 – Kyiv Court of Appeals has upheld the first-instance court's ruling to detain businessman Ihor Kolomoisky with the alternative of putting up a UAH 509 million bail.

Thus, the court rejected the appeal filed by the businessman's defense.

During the court hearing, presenters of the 1+1 television channel asked the court to release Kolomoisky under their personal obligations.
