KYIV, Sept 21 – As a result of the morning massive enemy missile attack on Ukraine, the energy infrastructure was hit, in particular, a 330 kV substation was damaged in one of the regions.
"In one of the regions, a 330 kV substation was damaged due to shelling. Because of this, several 110 kV substations were de-energized, leaving almost 49,000 consumers in 90 settlements without electricity," the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine reported on Thursday.
