KYIV, Sept 13 – Ukrenergo does not expect an electricity shortage to occur in September and October of this year if the Russians do not launch massive attacks on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure, this was announced by chairman of the board of Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytsky.
“Now the situation in the energy system has stabilized. Electricity production is sufficient, unlike in August, when we were forced to attract emergency assistance from neighboring countries, so I would not predict any special problems for September and October, unless there is massive shelling,” he said.
