KYIV, Sept 12 – Ukraine increased exports of agricultural products to 3.71 million tons in August 2023, which is 9.5%, or 322,000 tons higher than July figures, the information and analytical agency Ukragroconsult reported.

"The increase in volumes was due to record exports through the Danube ports of Ukraine and the intensification of shipments by rail through western border crossings. After the harvest in August, 670,000 tons of rapeseed were exported, compared to 624,000 tons in August 2022. Some 2.25 million tons of grain were directly exported," analysts noted.
