KYIV, Sept 12 – WOG increased its share in the fuel market to 13-16% in 2023 compared to 8-9% in 2021, said group CEO Andriy Pyvovarsky.
"We thought that the figure in 2023 would be worse than it actually is. In 2023, compared to 2021, we increased our market share from 8-9% to 13-16%. There is such a figure because we cannot accurately assess the gray and black zones of the market,” he said in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
According to his estimates, in 2022, Ukrainian fuel retail fell by 30% compared to 2021, and in 2023 the market is 7-10% smaller than in 2021.
