KYIV, Sept 7 – For the first time, the United States will transfer to Ukraine assets confiscated from sanctioned Russian oligarchs, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said.

"For the first time we are transferring to Ukraine assets seized from sanctioned Russian oligarchs, which will now be used to support Ukrainian military veterans," he said at a joint press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.
