KYIV, Sept 4 – Ukraine condemned Russia’s apparent efforts to hold elections in the occupied areas as illegal process that has nothing to do with democracy of freedom of expression, CNN reported.

Yuriy Sobolevsky, deputy head of the Kherson region council, said the elections had “nothing to do with democracy or free expression of will. What is happening now is a show that they call elections in order to create a propaganda narrative.”
