KYIV, Aug 31 – Russian shelling has damaged 1,624 cultural infrastructure facilities since the start of the war, with about a third being completely destroyed, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy reported Thursday.

"The Ministry continues to record damage to cultural infrastructure facilities in Ukraine as a result of Russian aggression... 1,624 cultural infrastructure facilities suffered damage, excluding cultural heritage sites. Of these, almost a third (591 objects) were destroyed," the ministry said.
