KIEV, Dec. 14 ??“ Ukraine's Economy Ministry started accepting bids for licenses to export grain from Ukraine under quotas set by the government until the end of the current marketing year [July 2006 through June 2007].

"This process has started. Companies are already entering bids [to obtain licenses]," Ukrainian Grain Association President Volodymyr Klymenko told Interfax-Ukraine.
